This was a warranty replacement. One of the springs mustve broke and the universal joint went flaccid. After emailing MotivX about the issue- they quickly sent a replacement under warranty. Thank you MotivX for standing behind your products!

IMHO this product is by far the best universal joint there is on the mark et. I was so impressed with the product I brought all of the different sizes they offer.I have other universals with the springs attached which I don't use anymore I use these. Buy these you won't be sorry I love these.
